The quality, layout, terminology, sections and overall value of each chapter are all internally consistent. However, we would appreciate a citation where possible. The text is very clear but my recommendation would be to stick to traditional notation for some ideas. You can only see the table of contents through online, which would be a very hard to navigate to the appropriate chapters and sections in the book.
